As for front axle load, I think its 929kg. Someone correct me if im wrong!

Yeah the 77TSI has the 929kg axle load as its one of the lighter motors.

Also I would recomend you get the 25/40 instead of the 35/55 unless you are getting them for a really good price or want the extremely low look.

The 35/55 will push the rear wheel forward (by about 1cm which is noticable if your looking for it) becuase of the suspension geometry - an ECS correction kit can fix this if you really like the low look and care if the wheel is centred.

Also as its so low the ride is rock hard, good for reducing body roll but bad for your back. As a result of the lowering the shock also sits on the bump stop (which explains the rock solid ride) so also keep in mind the damage that could be done to the shocks as they are almost always fully compressed.

Rear muffler delete and 3' rolled stainless tip on my 77tsi. No video as you know what it sounds like. Nice note and definitely not to loud.

Ahh Thanks alot for the info guys. Im after the 25/40 Springs. So how's the ride quality after the 25/40 springs are installed? Will it do damage to the car?

Would H&R manufacture a spring that is so low that the rear shocker is riding on the bump stop?

If this is right, should there be a product instruction/warning? Also, are there shockers that have a compatible stroke length for the 55 rear springs?

    Look forward to responses.

ECS kit won't work on polo as the beam hangers are welded and not bolted like the mk4 golf.

God damn it your right! Just checked and they are welded. Ok so to summarise don't ever get the H&R 35/55 springs. Rear wheels goes inwards and CANNOT be fixed, its so hard you will be visiting your chiropractor frequently and because it sits on the bumps stop chances are your shocks will be stuffed in no time!

Only plus - it's really low, which personally I'm not much of a fan of really low cars.

I only got them becuase they were cheep
