Well today was the first time I have given the keys to anyone else (the detailer). She's having a sleepover. Please be gentle.

I have a rieger kit for sale if anyone is interested please let me know.

The kit consists of a front spoiler, rear apron and carbon look side skirts.

I bought it from octimex, asking price is $1200.

Would prefer pick up/can deliver if you live in the western suburbs

I'll be interested to hear how you go. I have read reports that with tint on the rear window and with the auto-dimming rear view mirror, when it dims at night you literally can't see out the back window.

Jury is still out for me as to whether or not to get tinting.

Frostee, I have the auto dimming rear view mirror and street legal tint, hasnt been an issue but don't do lots of night driving.

me too - street max tint, auto dim - works a treat - no squinting or lowering my head / eyes = still clear enough to see lights and car outlines etc

I know my car is new, but I tell you what, there was still a lot of dirt that came off it. Took me about 4 hours today:
1. wash and dry
2. clay bar
3. nanolex spray sealant on wheels
4. nanloex paint cleaner on body
5. nanolex sealant on body
6. glass and interior clean
I'm buggered now, but will try to take some pics later this arvo

How did you find the Nanolex, easy due to the cooler weather?

Did you use the nanolex wheel sealant, and did you do both sides of the wheels?

Good stuff. I ran out of time to do it today. Too many things to get out of the way and was just too late to start. Will do it weekend after next.

I just have the Nanolex sealant in the bottle. Do you recommend the spray for the wheels?

Nanolex is easy to apply but I wouldn't wait 10-15 minutes as is recommended in the instructions as it dries pretty quickly, maybe 5-7minutes. I used the Nanolex Spray Sealant on the wheels...and NO, just the face of the wheels...not inside...too much bloody work.
BTW, the Nanolex Spray Sealant is good for wheels and body, will be using this product from time to time after normal washes to keep the coating of the Nanloex to a sufficient level. Hope this helps

I agree with this. I left it for 10 minutes on the first panel I was doing and it was a bugger to get off. I'm not sure if it's cause the instructions are wrong, or whether it's because of the cold weather atm... it was about 10 degrees when I was using the nanolex...

I was thinking of using the Nanolex wheel sealant, but the spray sealant seems like a much better option.

So does the cold weather make Nanolex dry quicker or slower?
