Sweet Wheels! The change was for the better imo !

I ordered myself a new set of wheels the other day. Theese:
Japan Racing JR-22 17"x8" ET 35

I Think they will come out nicely on my flash red GTI

Thanks TinyCarGuy and green_comet. I was prepared to get the front guards rolled etc but may not need to as only rubs when pushed hard over spoon drains when turning.

One day I'd like to buy a set of Oz rims, maybe Leggeras or some Weds that I saw on a mk6 R once that looked awesome.
Needs to be 17" & light, I put a set of 19" reps on my r32 and it looked nice but ruined the handling.

I'm liking all the ones you guys are picking!

I upgraded from my white 1.2 TSI to the red GTI a few months back and sold the JR12s with the car!

Really like these alot, there is a mk7 R owner that has fluro yellow style brakes and these wheels on a black car, super nice. How much did these set you back?

I got theese for a good price. The garage needed to get rid of them since they were the last set in stock and had to make up room for this years models. Lucky me it was the right bolt pattern and size! So i gave 540 £ for the set

Just had the Resonator or mid muffler deleted....Car has a nice tone not to lound much like having the sound actuator on but you get that sound coming from the rear rather then the whole car, my sound ACTUATOR is set to 0..... so much louder and the farts are awesome.
Got it done at high tech headers...Top job
