    i like auto more, because it makes the fart sound

    however, the problem with my15 polo gti , the mid and top range power really need a tweak. It's so weak

    That's because it's de-tuned to 250Nm so the DSG takes slightly longer to self-combust... ahem, seriously though there's a big difference between the manual's 320Nm and the DSG's 250Nm.

    So do I ..... then I get back in our mk7 Golf and much prefer its much higher shift placement ... just like it eats my Polo for handling, steering & grip, especially in the wet & over poor roads

    Bridgestone re003 tyres
    Jetex exhaust (waiting for installation)
    Bilstein b8s (waiting for installation)
    Brembo slotted rotors and pads

    Dope How much difference do you feel with the APR stage 1 ? Is it very noticeable?

    Yup. Very noticeable increase in acceleration and low end torque. Worth every penny!

    Installed LED fogs as I couldn't stand the orange lights that came on when turning and body colour matched the emblems deep pearl black. GTI grille badge plastidipped

    Nice job, how did you remove the plastic to get to the lights?

    Used the little ring tool in the boot. Start from the side towards the centre of the where you'll notice a slit, just look under it you'll see a point where you could insert it and pull it off.
