Had my original Denver wheels put back on ready to trade in tomorrow on my new mk7 gti.

My Motorsport wheels are up in the classified section. Might be tempted to throw in some other polo stuff in the sale (badges, bury phone cradle, mudflaps) if someone gets in touch.
My car is currently undergoing the final steps of stage 2 and dsg tuning as I type this.
Picking up the car tomorrow morning...should make for an interesting weekend
Hey Gav. I took the car down to Lorne yesterday and to be honest, my first initial impressions are somewhat disappointing to say the least.
Now I'm told it will improve after a few 100kms but right now something is not right. The powerband is obvious between 3-5 in manual, but I was expecting it to be wider than this. Also, driving in D mode the shift points are still very sloppy and not so appeasing considering the dsg tune I believe was meant to fix this. It is as though the 2 tunes are not working with each other correctly.
I will be ringing Simon (yes Viezu) tomorrow to chat about this.

Nope, dsg isn't tuned but it needs it. As far as I know, the dsg tune on a polo has only just been perfected but it is meant to be pretty bloody good. If you want, we could tee up a time this week to catch up so you can have a feel of what my car is like.... For now....
