    1. need hub adapters that i dont have yet...
    2. these arent proper 3 piece as they are welded around the join in the barrel/lip so i cant split them... which leads to...
    3. bought a set that i can split...

    Fair enough...I guess we all have complications with wheels at one time or another.

    I finally fitted my wheels today and can now confirm that 17x9.5 on 235/40R17 tyres can be fitted to the rear of the Polo without massive poke. I actually have less poke than I did with 17x9 ET35. Rear end looks so meaty and I love it. I didn't even need to remove the plastic inner guard.

    Fronts I'm running a small spacer due to offset being incorrect but I'm not satisfied with the look of the centre disk, spoke protrusion and lip because this design is made specifically for BBK which I do not have ...but this will be rectified when the new fronts arrive in 6 weeks.

    Oh I love this new note
