Ok, so I now have the RGB interface on order from Leipzig Germany, finally have my 9w7 Bluetooth in transit after ordering, picking up my 'zorst clamp and pipe length tonight (if I have time) so stage 1 will go on tomorrow all being well, stage 2 will need some straight-through finessing, if you all catch my drift...

Was thinking about getting some +???% bulbs for the normal lights as whilst they are ok as they are i figure i can improve them for little money and do the mother in laws car at the same time and earn a few brownie points, anyone have any advice on which bulbs/globes are better and what size I need?

Basically plug and play the only wiring is for the DRLs which is quite easy to do.

Also there is a leveling unit to make them RHD compliant (Not auto leveling).

It has been applied to a few RHD cars overseas.

The only problem is the "light out" code...which is quite easy to fix with VCDS

I've got Phillip Xtreme Vision. Best non OEM bulb I've picked up. Crisp, clean, near white and good lighting distance.

Have a look through the 6R forum and you'll find a thread on lighting.

    Hrm I'm intrigued Hail!

So is the headlight coming from a LHD country?

My understanding is it would come with a LHD projector cutoff? Or is it RHD cutoff with auto levelling?

Sorry if it was a stupid question, just exciting to get those, they look great if all perfect for AUS!

From what I remember a few UK cars and Hong Kong cars have had no one flash them, which would mean it could be neutral.

These lights come with manual screws to adjust the lights levels to change between LHD to RHD vice versa there is no auto leveling on these headlights.

The lights up/down feature that is inside our cars will still operate/function as normal its mostly installing on a flat surface/flat wall so you can adjust the beam pattern to be at RHD standards/LHD depending on country of destination.

Plus so you know this is only available for Polos with Halogens wanting to upgrade, As I can see from your signature you already have Xenons thus it wouldn't be a wise change for you.

I didn't receive a photo however the beam cut-off looked to be neutral of all things xD
