Took about 10 try's on different roads to get it to launch without too much wheel spin. Can't wait to get some sticky rubber and see what it can do with a few revs on board and launching (handbrake launch)

Ahhh, so the trick to a good launch is to stage it using the handbrake?

It's better than nothing but don't expect the clutches to last long. Also they will automatically disengage if you hold it for too long. These clutches open for protection after it gets to 168 degrees (or 180? I'm not exactly sure) either way i woundn't do it often. It will only work with the handbrake, if you use the foot brake you will get a massive delay between the brake disengaging and the clutches engaging...

handbrake launch... yer that would definately be a quicker launch than the 1-2sec delay going from brake to accelerator.
How many revs will the handbrake hold before she eases forward?

Hard to say, i tried with the standard Dunny's and it held till tyres broke traction (about 3k). With grippy tyres im hoping it'll hold till about 3-3500 allowing a nice launch in the meat of the torque

Depends how strong you are I guess. I have had it pulling in 1st for a few seconds up to 1750rpm once when I was in a car park and went to take off with the handbrake on. Anymore and I probably would have spun the wheels.
