Volkswagen Polo Exemption Process Queensland - Confused?

I will soon be on my P1 license. I drive a Volkswagen Polo 77TSI which is owned by my father. Since P platers are restricted from driving turbo charged vehicles I begun filling out the exemption form (F4467 - http://www.support.transport.qld.gov.au/qt/formsdat.nsf/forms/QF4467/$file/F4467_ES.pdf) My first circumstance is (B) (ii) the car is owned by an immediate family member. So I ticked "NO" in sections 3,4,5 and 6. However I am then instructed that I do not need a certificate of exemption (it says this next to the "NO" box in section 6). Does this mean you don't need one of owned by a family member?

Hey, it was a mistake on the form so you just ignore the no

Got my exemption today (2 weeks after getting my license). You have to be able to prove that your parents etc. do not own a car available to drive (if thats the circumstance you are applying under) and also they generally give a driving ban between 11pm and 5am (happened to my friend too)
