    Turning Bulbs - Kelvin?

    Hey All,

Without me spending any more time trawling through forums I wonder if anyone just knows the answer to my question.

I have stock Bi-xenon DRL's on an MY14. The cornering lights are yellow and I want to change them to be consistent with the stock bulb white.

I know I need H7 12v 55w. Does anyone know the kelvin that matches? 5000/6000?

5300k will match the Bi xenon, but 6000k will be closer to the DRL

I think you should go around the 5300k mark.
    I Sell Nissans Skodas.

I read this last night browing through watercooled.

"OEM LED DRL are 6000k LEDs and the xenon bulb 4300k but the optical effect of the projector makes the xenon bulb look the same colour as the LED DRL from a distance, with a blue tint on the bottom"

    Thoughts?

Was considering philips crystalvision 4300k due to this but maybe 5000k+ better? not looking for blue. Cheers.

That sounds about right, depending on the angle you look at it, depends on how blue the bulb will be. works for halogen aswell, sometimes you get a blue reflection of the car coming towards you up a hill, but then goes yellow when it dips down.

I feel as if 5000k-5300k will be the best option.
