Just got my VIN off the dealer. My car is currently sailing down past Africa on the Manon.
ETA 23/03/12 Port Kembla. It's getting closer

I am not only bored but antsy too as in ‘want car onboard NOW' type LOL.
Did your dealership give you that eta data sheet?
If so, won't ask mine as hard enough getting a Nadcon screen dump (didn't have eta data attached)

I have already looked at Schedules and just purely basing my order against your time frame (my production start was 16 days after yours) so could be the Talisman (9/3) ETA 46 days or Fidelio (13/3) ETA 43 days.
The Otello would be better (2/3) 39 days

Have been entering vin number daily but so far ‘no records found' so gotta sit tight and wait some more.
Will try entering the % after vin to see what is on board, just to help with the boredom

I did ask a contact at VGA if they get to see when it arrives at Bremerhaven and he said he will know once it's ready to
leave there and will advise me.

    Appreciate your response, thank you

Hah, so was I. Yes, its the ETA page from NADCON and I recommend you grab it because it's quite nice having some dates to go by.

Mine sat at the factory for a week before being sent to Bremerhaven, then sat on the dock for a further 2 weeks so unless there is an available train with a free spot, it won't get loaded straight onto the train.

    Oh GRReat!
Really hoping the Polo will be on the Otello, due to leave on 2/3, its a 39 day trip, otherwise Tirranna leaves on 3/3 but way more scenic @ 48 days, or Asian Emperor 5/3 @ 44 days.
After that nothing till 15/3 (Fidelio @ 43 days)

Yeah I was going to say, 15 knots is fair motoring for a cargo vessel! Thats about 28kph, almost fast enough to ski behind!

pretty much......I would love to have a crack at skiing behind an american aircraft carrier pushing 40 knots....which they can do....its really impressive....We run two gas turbines in our frigates.....which give a hell of a lot of horsepower....and we have to tell them to slow down eventually....haha
