No. I have menu items, but can not register for Car Net because it asks for a PIN code which I don't have :(

OK another update. Only when TMC channel is set to 1024, the unit saves TMC Data packets to the log file (which I enabled in GEM). The TMC packets are valid. I wrote a short script to decode them, and below is a sample:
