Next mod on the list for me is coilovers and I'm thinking KW. Although I give the 77TSI a fair thrashing in the hills every couple of weeks this car will probably not be tracked and the roads around here are atrocious so I'm wondering if the Street Comforts might be the go instead of V1's. I'm looking to maintain the lowered ride height I've got with my current H&R 25/40 springs but improve the composure over mid-corner bumps and the ride around town (yes I want to have my cake and eat it too, but I'm sure quality coilovers can do a better job than the H&R springs with standard dampers). Does anyone have any experience with Street Comforts?

Why does the picture show them as mcpherson struts front & rear when only the fronts are mcpherson?

The struts in my swift are leaking oil. The oem replacements are $500 each. I can get a Bilstein B14 kit for less than $1000 delivered. So it's a no brainer.
I'll let you know what they are like when installed

Mate thinking of lowering my 77 as well. I've got the sport pack but wouldn't mind going lower and firmer. Let me know how your experience goes if you don't mind. Ive never done any suspension mods on a car before. :S

No probs. Will be looking to order some coils in the next few weeks (finances permitting).
