    Sticky solenoid in HVAC?

Hey guys, my MY12.5 GTI (climate) has on occasion blown hot air through the vents. This is while the a/c is on. The compressor can be heard to kick in and out, fan speeds can be adjusted but it just blows hot air no matter what you do. Then you Turn the car off and back on and its resolved. This is very infrequent and a bit of googling led me to a sticking solenoid controlling the heater flap. But this was for golfs and other VAG stuff, not the Polo. Question is does anyone know exactly where this solenod is, and whether i need a new one or just a spot of lube?
    Thanks guys
