Retroffiting Diversity antenna

Hi guys,

I'd really appreciate if someone could snap a photo of the diversity antenna wiring in the boot - I'm trying to retrofit it to improve radio reception. Pic below shows the area of interest. It appears only a single wire is connected to the window heater, and the wiring diagram which is quite confusing indicates that there are also two connections which are bridged (see below).

I'd very much appreciate any help.
