    Rear wheel 'toe in' question?

Has anyone experienced rear wheel 'toe in' after lowering your vehicle, either with coilovers or springs etc.

Mine seems to have a very slight 'toe in' after the installation of Bilstein B8s. Not sure if it actually existed before the install as I never paid any attention to it. As you can't do anything about it, I spoke to a couple of wheel and suspension people and they advised that's it's all OK....over to you guys

i dont have toe in but a smidge of negative camber on one side. as you can tell though with the rear axle setup that we have, there is no ability to adjust it either.

I have hear though (not for polos however) that you can get shims that go between the axle and the hub assy which can correct such issues but it would not be recommended i suspect. what sort of degree figures are we talking? did they measure it? or its that pronounced you can see it clearly just by looking at it?

If you're in need of any 6n1 parts, odds are that I am going to have them (dismantling 2 at the moment)

Mate it all depends on how much toe you're talking about. Do you have your alignment print out handy? My Polo 9n3 had a tonne of rear toe from factory so Whiteline made a shim to correct this by reducing toe by 3mm each side. I assume these would fit the 6r also as most products seem interchangeable? But would depend on how much toe you now have.

    Cheers.
