Hi All,
Trying to order a HP Polo GTI CAI seems to be very difficult. I called HP directly and they were very helpful, but i have to order from Quattro as i'm in WA. Every time I've called Quattro nobody can answer any questions, or the right person is having lunch etc. I couldn't even get an answer regarding stock availability...
Anyone else experienced this? I've been told they are a good group to deal with, but i'm starting to wonder...

I'd have to agree with gareth_oau.
They are definitely very busy most times I contact them, but I always get a response sooner or later.
I've been taking my cars there for years, and have always had great service.

As above - they are always busy with a small workshop etc. Had to book for a service 4 weeks ahead but I've always been happy with them!

Quattro are fantastic.
They installed my reversing Cam in my polo GTI as I was too lazy and it works perfectly.
I'm also getting them to install the APR Polo GTI intercooler upgrade shortly.
MY12.5 Candy White 5 door Polo GTI. Upgrades/Mods = RNS510 H LED, RVC camera, Auto Lights Dash Sound Actuator GTI button, Gavs Footrest(!)
WIP = Miltek Turboback Exhaust, Cold Air Intake, Red Stuff brake pads (Nov '13)
