Getting psyched for this, got a big tax return on Saturday, so booked in APR stage 1 for Thursday, just in time for Saturdays drive!!
Mods: 18x7.5 Tenzo Tracer, EZ Lip, Piano black front/rear emblems, Metallic foot rest, Gloss black vinyl wrapped roof, Weitec Hicon GT coilovers, HP CAI
So, have we all agreed on using Heytell to keep in contact during the cruise?

I'll be watching the fire conditions / air conditions especially after reading this before deciding to attend the cruise:
Soot and ash from wildfires can damage your car - here's what to do - San Jose Auto Industry | Examiner.com
I think that article is more referring to the alkaline in small ash particles damaging the paintwork of your car if you leave it parked outside in an area with bushfires nearby.
As far as I'm aware, smoke poses as no threat to engines unless it is outrageously thick and starving the engine of oxygen, in which case, you wouldn't be driving anyway.
I wouldn't let it stand in the way of what will be an awesome day.

Well it can be compared to the dust storm we had a few years ago...despite it being a lot thicker xD
My S15 air intake and engine filter were clogged full of dust >.< we'll see the weather today looks like there may be a few showers which will remove most of the atmospheric ash sitting high in the sky.
