    Polo Servicing

I recently got my MY13 66 tdi serviced a dealership in western sydney, and lets just say i wasn't at all satisified with this dealer, every service needs a follow up... I won't reveal names incase there is snooping by them on here...

The latest list from these 'mechanics' is this

    1) Wheel alingment done. even though i never asked for one and they demanded i pay for work i didn't request. Car now drifts to the right.
    2) Wheels rotated: I asked for them to be rotated and then they didn't do it, but charged me anyhow... (I got my money back, in the form of a gift voucher.... They refuse to issue a refund? Illegal?)
    3) Two drops of washer fluid in the cleaner reservior....
    4) Airconditoner, now squealing. and on Monday it failed to start all together, but has started working again.
    5) Tyre pressure system: Not checked at all, despite being asked to inspect

Are there any dealerships that people will recommend for logbook services? As i'm strongly thinking of taking my hard earned dollars elsewhere

Contact Volkswagen assist regarding this, they should help you. Send an email to them and cc the service manager and head of the franchise.

No company is ever proud of this sort of thing, it usually comes down to lazy arrogant people not doing their job and not being called on it.
