    No problem Mistakes can happen

You dont get to choose the shadow blue on your GTI?
Because over here you can get any colour (except the new "toffee brown") GTI, so that's why I remain sceptical of this 'spy shot'

GTI 's in south africa comes in all colours. So ja at the end VW might supprize us with a Polo R on the final block

You don't think they would try to hide the fact they are testing a new model? We have no idea of the running gear underneath that shell.

here, in australia, you have to actually wait for your car to be built, but the great thing about australia, that you dont get in other countries, is that the powers that be have decided that we're not psychologically ready just yet to deal with more than a few colors, so even though we have to wait for the cars to be built, we still cannot specify what color from the VW range we want, unless it's black, silver, white, or red

grrrr the BRZ thing? the subaru sti version they unveiled is.... i dont like the proportions.

there's the clio, the DS3, and now ford are going to be bringing out a fiesta ST with a 1.6T. i want VW to bring out a proper driver's hatch - bare bones, simple, light, no gimmicks, big feedback and feel. otherwise, they're going to lose a lot of potential polo gti/ R buyers to ford, i'd suspect.

    .
Don't we basically get the same colours as the rest of the world? The only extra colour I can see in Germany is plain black.

They'd need to upate the front suspension to Revoknuckle/HiPer Strut/'whatever Renault call their version' arrangement and I don't see VW spending that amount of money on a Polo. On a Golf/Sirocco, maybe (we can only hope they get into this area)

See Ford RevoKnuckle and GM HiPer Strut Explained - Tech Dept. - Car Reviews - Car and Driver (also shows why reducing wheel offset for 'stance' isn't a great idea)
