    Polo GTI ride

What's the ride like in the back of the Polo GTI? I like what I've read so far and it looks good too but then it's the same story for the Mini Cooper/Cooper S/JCW and the ride in the back is comfortable only for the first 15 minutes.

Don't drive from the back seat so couldn't tell you. You might have to ask someone that constantly carries other adults in the back seat...

Based on the opinion of my 4 year old son, it is fantastic. He prefers it to my other cars.

My almost 2 year old son has started making a "ahhhing" noise when I drive the Polo GTI...so when we go over the bumps in the road it makes "music". Does that answer your question?

My 3 year son loves the Polo GTI. There is only one other of our car that he prefers but I've learned that I can't take him on that anymore.

I would agree that young and small children will have a comfortable ride but I suspect that adults may not. I guess I will need a test drive to be sure.

I can only speak of short term comfort (less than 5 min) as I have never been in the back of all of my cars for less than 5... but the Polo GTI definitely seemed more roomy than my previous rides when I jumped in the back at the dealers, surprisingly amount of leg space for both passengers too as long as the driver is not one of those who prefers to sit all the way back.

FYI my previous rides were Toyota Levin -> Supra -> RX7 briefly -> Honda Jazz -> Awaiting the Polo GTI
