This is getting too depressing to read. Volkswagen get your sh_ t together and start offering 132kw 1.8tsi for everyone....lol.
P.S. can I keep my supercharger too, 150kw would be a nicer number though...lol. The twincharger is a great setup regardless of oil usage.

The top of the A mark to top of B mark is not the whole range of the dipstick. It is the small upper un-cross hatched area, check your owners manual for graphic. The whole range of the dipstick covers around 1L of oil.
Hi All,
I am writing from Turkey. I have Polo GTI 2013. My car is now at 7500 km . I added 1 lite oil at 2850 and 1 liter at 6000 again . I can say my car losing 1 liter per 3000 km . This is less than manual . I talked with dealer and they told me that this is normal for this car... Since my car is 2013 , there is no update / upgrade I can apply to my car ? Or is there .? What can do for this situation ? Should I force VW turkey or I have to accept this car as it is ....
Perhaps consider this guys

Wish I had a answer for you, but it looks like it is very hit and miss with these motors. My RS is a 2012 with about the same Km's and close to the same usage, but has the CAVE engine. I am currently in contact with the dealer around every 1000km's for a free top up. At present the oil usage is being monitored to see if it is excessive against the guide lines handed down by Skoda. So who knows what will happen next. At the very least I would expect the dealer to offer you a free regular oil top up as it is a known issue and to monitor the situation. For now, all we can do is just cross our fingers and hope that they find a suitable solution.

Switched from Shell Helix Ultra Extra to Fuchs TITAN GT1 PRO C3 recently, as my 5L Shell bottle ran out.
Not terribly impressed. In my particular car, my oil use has increased since the switch. Keeping an eye on it, but I suspect it would fail a consumption test now (always borderline, before...)
