Polo GTI 6R twin-charge engine oil

What grade synthetic engine oil should I use in my 2012 Polo GTI 6R twin-charge? Thanks

Whatever it says in the book Usually 5w 30 Castrol LL 504-507
Or the lower rated Castrol A3/B4
    Or Penrite Enviro +

5w-30 or even better if its an oil burner would be 5w-40 which is a little bit thicker when hot. The VW spec is VW504/507 but honestly id be scrapping that idea and getting an oil which helps protect against LSPI (Low Speed Pre Ignition) which is what kills these engines.

Combine that with only using 98 octane premium unleaded and driving in manual mode or sport mode which keeps the RPM up and helps reduce the chance of LSPI.
