I too have a 2015 Polo and same thing happens in my car. It seemed normal to me though because my Mk5 Golf had the same thing happen as well.
Maybe a Volkswagen thing?
I just noticed someone [i personally think is] odd with my 2015 Polo last week.
When I set the airflow turning knob to feet vents only, the two side vents on either side of the dash (not the middle ones) still have a very strong current of air coming out. I tried this on my Audi and no, when I set it to feet vets air blows on feet only.
If you have a 6R or 6C Polo can you check please? Or if you already know, give me feedback please? Wondering if it's on all Polo's or just mine.

Maybe. This is my first VW and Mercedes didn't do it and my Audi doesn't neither. I don't think my Holdens in the past didn't either.
But if it's 'normal' for the Polo to do it I'm not fussed. Odd design if it is.

Yeah 6R does it too. Just the way it's plumbed.
