Highly unlikely you will be washing the polo much mate when your R arrives, lots of TLC and avoiding IDA drivers (Incompitent drivers association) xD

Gday fellas,
Ive also been waiting for the Talladega's to come out in 17"x7 or 18"x7.5, 5x100 PCD and correct offset for the Polo, please let us know if anyone sees an aftermaket of this description (does anyone know the correct offset of the 17" polo factory sport pack boavistas????(fyi have also seen boavistas on some honda's not sure of the size PCD or offset))
Love the debadged photo, have been waiting to see a debaged polo even before we got ours ( i love debadged cars, and i need to remove the TDI if I'm gunna have talladega's on it LOL), that shorty aerial is a good idea also, will have to get me one also,
does anyone know of if the bluemotion front spoiler lower addons are in an aftermarket yet?
Thanks for your time guys keep up the good info
Regards

Seems like you just did a carbon copy of my car hahaha, Talladega's...bluemotion addons, aerial.
Dare to be Different? your car is a TDI (hides and smacks head with steel pan to the thought of R wheels on a Diesel) no offence by any means
*thinks at a set of lights when you idle...Mack truck engine sound with Talladega;s*

polo 6r tsi dsg sports pack in shiny red.
JE DESIGN - Individualprogramme und Tuning für VW - Audi - Seat hmmm the item i am looking for is heaps cheaper...the problem is how much it would cost to paint the bumper...then the cost to install the rear skirt with the centralised mufflers.
I had the same problem, I have cut my thread down till I can find the right one.

hey MAD, welcome to the forums!
man, seeing as you're in melbourne, you REALLY REALLY REALLY have to come to the next dub meet- here's my little pre-edit of what went down today:
such a strong VW vibe in melbourne, no matter what VW you drive. it was sick!!!!!!
now, as far as the 6R polo is concerned, the ''upgrade'' alloy wheels that you can get from VW are an offset of 45 if i recall correctly. depending on tyre size / width, that'd ''probably'' mean that you've got an offset of between +38 and +48 to play with. i'd confirm this with the dealer, though- or get someone to have a look at your wheel clearance over the brakes, and between the inside of the tyre and the suspension gear, before jumping into anything.
as for removing the TDI badge just because it has bigger / nicer wheels- NO NO NO NO NO!!!!
keep the tdi badge- it makes people look at you funny. once your car is remapped, it should have somewhere in the vicinity of 320nm at the fly, which is quite decent for a 1.6 in a car as light as the 6R polo. keep the punters guessing what the hell is going on when you've r*ped them in the twisties, i say.
im going the silly route- recenty, my "I" fell off, so im gonna debadge the rear, and get stickers such as "got soot?", "i 'heart' my tractor", and a silhouette of a turtle with "slow but safe" on it. meh- just a bit of fun, i guess.
as for the bluemotion spoiler, i dont know if many aftermarket companies will bother- even with the previous gen polo (mine, the 9n3), the only way you could get a bluemotion bit of kit was to hand your local dealer the part number. so from VW it must be (but i dont think it will be very hard- you will be able to source the part number on the south africa / europe / uk forums).
keep dubbin, man!
