Not sure what the TPI is for this but I know that it is included in the 24v9 service campaign. If you have the rattle and they haven't done it ask them to do it. It should be done as part of the normal 15/30/45 etc service.
It only stops the rattle on sharp acceleration though. When the revs are below 1200 it will still rattle regardless - just a faulty design using an electronic wastegate actuator
And the noise is purely annoying. The part of the 24v9 service campaign that is important is the ECU update which patches a bug in the software where in some cases (from what I has seen - when using a lot of engine breaking down a hill) the electronic actuator passes the pre defined points set and the computer notes it as a fault and it jams it open and the car goes into limp mode and you have no boost
