They're the 16" Syenit wheels (or however it's spelled). They've been an option for the Polo for a while now.

Saw this matte-black Polo with an orange sticker on the rear bumper at Chastswood at around 9:00-10:00PM last night. I didn't get a close-up look, but I don't think it was a GTI - Just a TSI or TDI.

Spotted a white GTI with a rather nice looking young lady behind the wheel on O'Riordan St yesterday, numberplate started with CDO.

Also spotted an ex-Polo GTI'er, bloke who used to have a black 5 door Polo GTI with numberplates starting with "HJ". Noticed the same numberplates on a grey Golf GTI. Spooked by the recalls I wonder, or just trading up?
