Someone posted links to 6R Polo workshop manuals not more than 2 weeks ago (here). Do a search, and I'm sure you will find all the info you need in there.

Manuals were taken down due to publishing issues, it's pretty identical to the mk4 golf, there are some screws in the bottom of the door card from memory and you need to pull the fronts of the handles etc off to reveal the fastening screws.

On a piece of mdf covered in Suede then used some Velcro on the back and put it on the cover that hides the spare wheel and tools.

    Will post picks tomorrow.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to send me a PM.

Finding spacers for 6'5 speakers for the front door is tricky.
I purchased some Aeropro 25mm then had to trim them up a bit to allow the door card to sit on correctly.

Smashed the tunes tonight, and will take off the door cards tomorrow to make sure the speaker isn't showing any signs of rubbing.

Hmm, didn't think of that, will have to check as well.

Pretty neat. Will suffice for now.

Can't for the whole stereo to go in, however it all costs money.
