Rear camera is all you need. Sensors are major overkill this car.
Having said that, you need the discovery media unit.

I was unfortunate enough to purchase an MY15 as opposed to an MY16 - rookie error - & it doesn't have the parking sensors.
I've asked the dealership to install rear sensors when it's in for a warranty fault rectification & DSG re-test post re-set.
The problem is they can't guarantee the sensors will integrate with the head unit & may only have audible warning.
Does anybody know the correct part number for full integration or can advise if its not going to integrate irrespective of the part?
I'll keep searching but thought I'd ask.
Thanks in advance,
DaL
** Edit - Part # dealership provided: 6R0054630B - looks like it's just audible.

Might be an option... & cleaner.
Sensors are an optional extra on the MY16 just like the MY15, so don't feel too bad. MY16 comes with a camera standard though.
+1 for the camera. It's all you need for the polo. If you must have sensors talk to Martin at JKU. (Home page)
He might be able to get a factory Ops kit that shows on your screen and not just beeps. He did them for the 6R for $600.
