If your looking to get a screen that displays performance data - maybe look into UltraGauge. It can display 100 somthing different parameters from the ECU and its plug and play In all OBDII cars

    Just to name a few:
    Boost
    Kw/HP
    Nm/ftlbs
    Ignition timing
    Rpm
    Voltage
    Coolent temp
    O2 sensor temp
    Intake temp
    Manifold pressure
    Fuel trim

The big advantage of the P3 is it looks OEM.

Other than that it is very basic. Even my ancient Scangauge is more capable

    P3 Gauge

Very overpriced boost gauge in my opinion and from memory, the ultragauge has a faster refresh rate. Looks cool though but I think that you might enjoy the MFA CS better for an oem look

The P3 isn't just a boost gauge though and having it separate from the MFD is a benefit.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the ultra gauge doesn't show a lot of stuff on modern VW cars.

Don't think you could do a UltraGauge group buy. They sell like eBay so there isn't a discount for buying in bulk. Actually it would probably be more expensive becuase of the postage.

Also it uses OBDII data so it will show everything that the ECU can display through the OBDII port - which is why UltraGauge is awesome for cross compatibility. The only thing it can't display is manufacturer specific data like gearbox info, canbus info etc

I think he was referring to a few that had bought the ultra gauge and found it wouldn't display boost

It does look a bit crap too
