My Polo GTI at Wakefield Park a few days ago. First time at a track day and it was very hot (~32 and windy). My fastest time that I have any record of is 1:19.87 which I think is pretty good given my lack of experience. I've heard that the intercooler is a little under-sized which would probably have been an issue given how stinking hot everything got during a 15 minute session. I didn't get any brake fade despite having smoking brakes back at the pits and the car felt very well balanced and easy to throw around.

And another video, this time inside the cabin with gauges! Video is dark because it was filmed over-exposed and that was the best I could get it looking.

That looked like good fun! Hopefully we can have a Polo track day in the future.

    1.2T Straight Pipe CAT back

Was bored today so I thought I would see how my 1.2T would sound with a straight pipe CAT back.

all I can say is the rear delete is definitely the way to go with these motors, especially in tone and quietness (if you know what I mean), but the rear delete doesn't have as many lols as the straight, especially when the DSG fart sounds like a cannon going off - all for the lols!

This is what it looks like...

And this is what is sounds like... ;P

and this is the DSG Fart...

I see your straight pipe and raise you to nothing after the CAT.
