So an el-cheapo eBay OBD2 error reader won't work to give u a fault code?

A honda dealer won't be able to diagnose squat about a dsg. If it's the clutch packs (which will be under statutory warranty, if they say it's not, say that you will see them in court) you can quite easily demonstrate it.
Slowly approach a corner in D, making sure the car is in D2, it will be until you stop due to the VW idiot software programmers. Go as slowly as you can as you start rolling through the corner, then feed in about 30-50% throttle. If you get any shudder, your clutches need replacing.
Once you make the technique work, it's easy to replicate for a dealership.

Anyone else have this problem with the ABS kicking in at low speed?

Abs activating at low speed could be due to problems with the wheel speed sensors. Have seen a few dirty ones.

I booked my car in a week or 2 ago for slipping clutch and when i went to go pick it up this afternoon, I was told that theyd be replacing my clutches
Coasting till in D2 and then jumping on the throttle was one way to get it to slip and instantly the service manager was convinced there were problems with the clutch and even reassured me that it would be replaced under warranty...
On a side note, also got them to check for a rattle, the service manager heard it and upon picking up the car was noted that it was fixed but its still there.![]()
