    - DSG Recall replacement of mechatronics
    - New clutches ordered
    - Small squeek which occurs sometimes during acceleration which is apparently the water pump so they have ordered a new one for replacement
    - oil consumption test
    - EPC light would come on and go into limp mode. Was advised they have replaced a few sensors.
and a heap of smaller warranty problems that ive forogtten already but im waiting to get a report of what was replaced once i book in to have the clutches and water pump replaced.
Curious which stealership this was...as most of them avoid identifying / rectifying problems.

In the end they did the right thing by you which is very...rare at VW.

Ah...you may of had the senior foreman overseeing your car...as he was the one who found my clutch problems...yet VW North Shore denied it and at the same time damaged my front splitter whilst doing their test drive...at least they're repairing it now >.<

But I'm glad for you that they've picked up these issues and are looking at rectifying compared to their sister service center at North Shore.

Glad to hear Denlo Parramatta have good after sales service... Because the salesman I dealt with there was one of the rudest, most arrogant salesman I've ever come across!

It's not Denlo as a whole...there is seriously only two people I would talk to about car issues from Denlo...and my first port of call would be the senior Foreman as he's been working on VW's for 20 years...and actually knows how to service / repair a Golf MK2 GTi...bread and butter stuff is important to me.

Those apprentices who don't take the job serious or without passion can get bent and go back on snapchat or whatever millennials use to talk / text.

    Hi,
I've just purchased a new MY13.5 Polo GTI and have been having gearbox and brake problems.
I've had it lose all power a few times and the brakes fail/stutter too.
Today while at the traffic light I took my foot off the brake to move forward a few feet and the car wouldn't stop and drove straight under a tray ute. It just stutters and keeps going. Is this a common problem?

Sounds major. Does it not stop no matter how hard you brake?

Brake applied hard. It sounds like the ABS is releasing/stuttering the brakes and the gearbox stays engaged and keeps driving the car forward.
Looks like its going to be a new grill, bar and bonnet. Not happy.

That's strange and weird, but sadly not surprising knowing the random DSG faults that seem to occur.

Hopefully your dealership does something to fix it. Has it occurred more than once?
