Thanks all for your advice
I went and spoke to the dealer yesterday afternoon and they couldn't give me any solid reason as to why it has been delayed...
The manager who was in charge at the time I placed my order is no longer working there, so the salesman basically told me that all his information came from the now departed manager and he doesn't know where the problem originated from... It all sounds like they have given my car to someone else, and are now blaming the manager who no longer works there... No-one else is willing to accept any responsibility or offer any reasons for the delay...
I told them I want a comfort pack at no extra cost and they are supposed to be calling me back with an answer (when, I don't know). Does anyone know of a way I can find out if they have given my car to another customer who was perhaps prepared to pay more for it? I'm so sick of this whole thing already
I just want my car!! LOL
