I've PM'd all interested parties with the route as well, print it off, study it, if you have a GPS that you can manually setup routes on, do that, just DON'T GET LOST like some people have on the maroondah dam cruise after taking the wrong turn off (Waterboy...)

Aside from only walkerchan turning up in his 9N3 GTI, was a good chance to give the gti a run. The snow on the side of the road, cool air temperature and limited traffic was great on the reefton, bar the pair of arrogant 4x4 drivers who were being real smarta**e's over their UHF's, little did they know I was listening to them, the run was great.

Black spur, well, to the owner of the ford fairlane that should have been on teh scrap heap, that passed over 12 turnouts at 30kph, you are an insolent fool. Farmer joe who tried to run me off the road when I had all rights to overtake him needs to be shot in his man bits, i'm sure these people do it just to be arrogant pricks. Poor walkerchan had a purple monster (highway patrol) sitting behind him for a good 5 kms to kinglake, just waiting for him to do something wrong, until he saw a mob of bikers and pulled a hasty u turn

So bar the, well poor turnout isn't really correct, non-existant turnout, was a good morning.

sorry for my non-attendance gavs.. if the next one is at a more reasonable hour (saturdays are my sleep in days) then i will come! plus i had to pick up my cat from the vet at midday.
when i was up that way last weekend, i ended up stuck behind a learner doing 30kmh in an 80 zone.. was great fun
