I just replied to your private message without reading here what your issue is exactly. I have my KW SC dampers set 2 clicks away from soft because I found this helped the suspension smooth out harsh potholes, manhole covers that protrude etc. It does make the car a LITTLE bouncy at high speed over a dippy road surface, perfectly acceptable to me.
So if you are having bounce issues you can easily check the front damper settings and set the dampers to a firmer setting to see if this helps. You will need the little numbered adjusting ring and instructions that came with the KWs. If you don't have instructions or they are not on KW Germany web site PM me your email address and I can email to you.
As I messaged you, to adjust the rear dampers they need to be removed, springs do not so it is quite easy to do yourself. Fronts are very easy to adjust.
Sydneykid has a good point. Are the KWs the correct ones for your model. I'm surprised you have this issue.
