MY15 POLO 6C 81TSI Packages after delivery

Received the 81TSI Polo(Manual) at the beginning of the year without adding on either of the Driving comfort or Sport package.

Would it now be possible to add features such as:

• Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and
  
• Automatic climate control air conditioning

Adaptive cruise would be near impossible to add after manufacture as it requires a new front bumper to cater for the radar sensor, as well as the sensor itself and several hardware and software changes to the car which I doubt could be easily done.
Climate control might be possible, as I believe the climatronic unit can be swapped into where the current manual controls are. Not sure if it'll work but it seems like it would.

Just came across these new App-connected (Apple Carplay, Android Auto) media unit that are apparently available across the entire VW range. Would these then be possible to be installed on our older Polos? If they are, would dealers be able to offer and install them?

Cruise control and climatic AC can not be added. As alexaescht mentioned, new software and hardware will be required for the ACC. Likewise with the climatic, manual A/C works with Bowden cables, climatronic works electronically via a wiring harness. Technically, yes it would be possible, but that will require a new heaterbox/ wiring harness. This means your dash needs to come out - so NO, dealers will not be able to add these features.

Don't bother with mirror link, it does not work i.e. here in South Africa.
