I had a 2004 before the Polo, and the only only a handful of issues in 6 years.
    1. Centre brake light came un-glued from the rear window (warranty fix)
    2. Random stalls because of a dying battery (new battery fixed it)
    3. As I went to sell it I had some issues with the electric windows (fixed with WD40)
    4. Also as I went to sell it one of the windscreen washer jets got blocked up (40c part)

Generally an awesomely reliable car, it's a shame they didn't keep making them, I hear the 380 was even better

They can't do anything if you are chasing money, you need to go to your local community administrative tribunal, I.e VCAT or QCAT etc.

This really makes me think about what my next car will be... I'm pretty sure I will sell my car before warranty runs out.

    Starting to get pissed off
I assume you are talking about a dealer? What did they say when you called up and asked them where it was?
