    Missing wheel bolt

Car came back from service one wheel bolt short, and the service place isn’t open until Monday.. Is it OK in the interim to drive one bolt short?

    I would say yes.

    Definitely go back Monday though.

yeah, it'll be fine - but if one has fallen out, then the others might not be far off. Likely the apprentice putting the wheels back on did it on the hoist with a rattle gun and didn't torque them when it was back on the ground

Check them all before going anywhere

It’s been nearly a week and the other bolts are good. I only noticed the missing bolt today when washing the car. It seems they forgot to put that particular bolt back on.
