    Help! Abs sensor cable wear...

So the abs sensor cable, that runs along from the sensor into the car/loom/wherever has come out of its clips on the rear beam and has been rubbing on the inside of the wheel. This has caused major wear to the point of throwing up brake system warning lights and turning of abs.
Question is, can the whole cable be replaced at all, or do I have to just fix where it has worn through? What would be the best method for this?

    All help is appreciated.

    Cheers, Ben

Becuase it's just a normal electrical cable I would just cut the bad section out (5cm or so) replace it with a similar wire, re-solder and place some heat shrink over the top, should be peaches

I'm pretty sure after the plug it's one piece all the way to the ABS module as it goes into the wiring loom - I wouldn't even bother looking to remove it.
