I'm running 25/40's. I think they are just right, for my car anyway. Gives a nice low ( but not too low) stance.
So the polo needs some lowering and I was just looking for some opinions. Is there anyone out there running these springs? Are they to lower for everyday use?
Thanks guys

I have a brand new set I need to sell if you decide to go this route. Send me a PM if you're interested.
Can't comment on whether they're too low or not, as I never installed them.
Also, I think you mean 35/55 not 30/55.
cool ill keep that in mind mate, and yeh thats what i ment
IMO it is the perfect height! Can go everywhere without scraping but just keep in mind the ride would be a little more rougher due to the stock shocks not matching the spring rates. It doesn't really bother me but if you're a perfectionist and want a drop without the compromise of ride quality, coilovers for sure.
I'm running 25/40's and in my opinion on Brisbane's *****house roads they are firm enough, I wouldn't want to go any firmer and I think the missus would refuse to get in the car if I did. I don't think the stock dampers are up to the job in combo with these springs either, would only be less effective with 35/50's. If it was my money Í'd get some quality coilovers, or at least some decent dampers matched to the springs.
