Want to get vw to:
*book the car in 3-4 days after delivery for a oil drop.
*Have the latest dsg and engine updates installed.
*have the new breather pipe installed
*have them fiddle with the codes to have my galaxy s3 bury 9 system ready to go.
Are these reasonable requests and am I missing anything?
This is my first time dealing with a new car so I am in unfamiliar territory.
Here's my thoughts on being fussy with the dealer: it's your car, it's your money, you paid for it, be as fussy as you want. These "stealers" can be pains in the arse. They are often deceitful and honestly can easily take advantage of people. Stand your ground and if you want something, then fight for it. My dealer was decent for the first few times I brought in the Polo, for small issues, but starting to get quite rude after several times I brought it in for the SAME loud rattle in the rear. They wanted to charge me to continue to search, even though I told them exactly where the rattle was......but I said if they had fixed it the first time, we would not have had the conversation. So by all means, you can never be too cautious or demanding. It's your hard earned money!
