Have a look at a product called "Wolfs Decon Gel", carcareproducts sells it. It's amazing stuff and it removed 100% of the contamination that was left in the paint AFTER a 1 hour claybar session!

If it's still not coming off after a claybar and the decon gel, not sure what you could jo short of a machine polish, if indeed it is overspay as you say. Problem is, its VERY unlikely that its overspray. Those booths have very little wastage and can shoot multiple colours without cross contaminations quite easily. They don't have painters either, they're robots.
I manage to flick afew small black particles off with my finger nail but the rest, i had to rub off with turp and than i used cut/polish wax situated like a cluster of 6inch diameter. The result is smaller spots 12 to 14 inches above the twin exhaust.Strangely ,these happen after i got back my car from the Vw work shop friday evening.Frankly! I am quite particular and i would examine the car prior to sendnig into work shop.
Anyhow ,i was told it would be difficult to get Vwa for approval if needed for respray. Will keep you update as i wont be a push over so easily. cheers and thanks .tay

Wouldn't have used turps mate.......you have probably stripped a healthy amount (or at least softened) of the clearcoat without even knowing it, no matter how quickly you did it....
