7Speed DSG? Sounds like Mechatronics.
Check your SC6 fuse, it will probably be blown. Get the car towed as it will need the campaign done.
Hello guys, I wanted to start the car today and the MFD showed ESP Error and the P light on the DSG is flashing and I can't move it.
I can't start the car either.
(Will try to tow it to the nearest VW dealer tomorrow and get the diagnostics done)
Any advice would be much appreciated
Thanks

VCDS would be a great help, but there are many things that could cause this fault. It could be as simple as the brake switch not working which will show the same symptoms.
If you have a multimeter check all the fuses, the ones under the steering wheel, fuses on the battery and the little plate in the engine bay where the battery would normally go.
Thanks for all the replies, I will probably get it towed to the nearest VW dealer since it's still under dealers used car warranty, from the place that it was bought from, and they can check everything. But at least I know now what it could be.
Thanks again
Got it towed today, will see how it goes after the diagnostics and all the check ups
(Updates coming soon )
Got my car back today from Cricks Auto Group - Home it was the DSG recall (mechatronics) which hasn't been done from the dealer (this place http://www.irelands.com.au/ ) that the car was bought from, they said it was (liars) actually the sales person checked everything before the car was bought and said that everything has been done
So they have to pay for the towing + some compensation because I was without a car for 5 days
All good now
(thanks for all the replies again)
