    Someone overseas has done an R36 engine + drivetrain swap in a 9n3 polo so it is doable.

    Like i said before, I will make it happen as i will be requesting a TUV approved company to build me rear and front fendors like the Polo R rally in case the wheel base is wider which most likely will be.

    And as Team_v said its doable but i want to complete it to perform/look like a factory built car.

    Hats off to DNA then, I am awaiting a response from Viezu, as I have one local guy keen as mustard, and I'm sure his patience will run out!

    Yes DNA has a tune available for the 77tsi motor, look at a power increase to 100kw.

    Stage 2+ Intercooler Carbon Intake Downpipe Swaybar DV+ Remsa.

    Mmmmmm thinks i want this tune for sure now, i want more midrange.........the stock midrange is still impressive, if a little soft........

    hopefully with a bit more boost (psi) from the tune the dsg fart will be more pronounced

    I thought they all run the Simos 10.2

    If they do, then DNA Tuning can remap them via PC software + cable

    Dan, yours is an early build polo yeah? In which case, John should be able to tune it no probs. Speak directly to John to confirm though. So long as the ecu isn't a MED17.5.5, will be pretty straightforward. There is always viezu too as an option.

    Nope, Viezu can't do the later ECU yet either, I am on their case about it for a guy up here. For Viezu queries in Vic, have a chat to John at Tigersoft, he's been a BMW specialist, but is doing a ton of VW's lately!
