    Update:

Just got in contact with VW service, and they advised the spark plug had failed AGAIN, they replaced it, and it working as normal.

How on earth can 3 spark plugs fail in the SAME cylinder within one month. There is obviously an underlying issue, that they are not looking into.

I am getting in contact with their customer service division now.

Jesus, ask to have the plugs back. Oil contamination?!

They don't have to give the faulty part back, it's covered by the warranty, the customer didn't pay for it.

It is failing because of oil fouling the spark plug. If you get an independant compression test done on the car, I gurantee the compression will be down on the same cylinder, indicating the engine needs a rebuild.

Then get an emissions test done and tell vw you are going to the media

So, they are treating the symptoms rather than the core problem
That's an all too common trap that service centres fall into
2012.1 Skoda Octavia VRS DSG Wagon - Carbonio cold air intake and pipe - HPA Motorsports BBK 355mm rotors 6 pot calipers
APR Stage II ECU - APR 3" exhaust down pipe & high flow catalyst
APR/HP Roll bars - Eibach springs and Bilstien shocks
Supaloy lower control arms - Enkei 18*8 Wheels

I just gave VW another call and they advised they are looking into 'it'. They did not mention what 'it' was though, as I sent in the car with a list of issues.
