So I guess this is a bit of a shamefull plug, but there are frequently nice 9N3 Polo's for sale if someone wants an interim vehicle. My car is a 2006, lots of nice mods, low Kms and fast. Check out a couple in the Classifieds section.

or it you prefer no mods, 2007 model you can take a look at mine ;)
No need for a 9N3 Polo at this point as some members, Gav and Frostee, have just got great news about their 6R Polo GTI orders:) Hopefully more good news to come.
Yes yes, it's amazing how an update saying the cars in the hands of production as we speak, can make a 25 year old go mental like a 4 year old over giant Lego Millenium Falcon (yes, I'm a Star wars nerd!) !! :D:D:D
Frostee got better news though :(:( Humph, he will get his car before the rest of us:(
Damn You, lucky bastard;)
May the force be with young GavWalker......I am not your father:)
Maybe not, but if not for you, I would have been waiting until next year :)....No, bugger that, I would have canceled the order and probably bought a Kia.....
Ummmmmm, I may be missing something here but is this not precisely the reason that demand is exceeding supply therefore long lead times? VAG has produced a vehicle which is so much better value than it's competitors that they can't build them quick enough. Pretty simple really.
I have just received my NADCON. Could someone please post up the web address where I can input this sucker and prepare myself to be bitterly disappointed.....Thanks in advance.
The first post of this thread gives you all the info
I think they're also taking a VERY cautious approach (due to the losses of other car manufacturers over the last few years) by not over committing. & as a result, they've underestimated the popularity of this model & shot themselves in the foot, unfortunately for the consumers...
