As Gav said, moving the beam is the only real adjustment.
You can shim behind the stub axel to correct and adjust, but with such small measurements it'll be a night mare and probably cause more issues then it corrects.
I wouldn't stress, my rear beam is at least 3mm off centre from factory on my mk4 . Most are out, you just can't see it

I suppose I'm left wondering why did they not allow for adjustments in the rear axle
