Bosch Aerotwin Wiper Blades for 2017 Polo 6C GTI

Looking to replace the current wiper blades with the Bosch Aerotwin and am finding conflicting info at different sources.

Can anyone who's changed their blades advise the exact model/part numbers for front and rear?
