Anyone using the Forge adaptor on their GTI?

First off before this thread goes off track (as seems to be the norm) I know what the standard diverter valve does and the repercussions of going to the Forge adapter.

Now thats out the way, who has one? How do you find the sound?
If you have video footage please feel free to add the vid or a link to the thread.

Somewhat yes, found a couple vids of rocco's with them and only 1 gti in an underground car park. Sounds good from what I could gather if you're into that sort of thing.
I reckon it'll add a little toughness to the sound of the little gti

    SEMI OFF TRACK WARNING:

I'm glad you do mate because I know of 2 that were installed and then removed, not because of the sound or normal effect on performance (for those who don't know, this will actually make your car slower and induce greater turbo lag) but the things leak boost. You will constantly be hunting as to why you have boost leaks and even with all the springs available to you from the forge catalogue, you will be kicking yourself that you ever installed it. It is even further exacerbated on tuned cars.

Great for the "rice" fast'n'furious effect, not so great for the actual car though....

Forge have a link to a clip on their own site
Blow Off Valve for VAG TSI 1.4 Twincharged engines

    Just after where it says:
Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind.

I had one of these Forge adapters on my Golf for about a year and it caused no issues what so ever with the car. No leaks, no engine lights, no rough running etc. Everything was fine.

I removed it a few months ago and sold it because i got over the noise. The noise it makes is a long PSSSSSSSTTTT noise. My intake is already loud enough and does the tutututu sound so i didn't need the PSSST noise of the adapter aswell.

I don't really want to say any more because it's going to be taking the thread off topic mate, sorry.
